- 100 gm dark chocolate
- 200 gm silk tofu
- 2 tbsp honey
- Sea salt flakes
We start by melting the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds or until smooth, stirring between to ensure everything is mixed.
In blender add the silken tofu, melted chocolate, honey and blend until smooth. Using a spatula scrape down the sides and blend until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses and set in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Sprinkle over sea salt flakes and serve chilled.
- You must chill this mousse for the best results.
