Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm dark chocolate
  • 200 gm silk tofu
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Sea salt flakes

Instructions
 

  • We start by melting the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds or until smooth, stirring between to ensure everything is mixed.
  • In blender add the silken tofu, melted chocolate, honey and blend until smooth. Using a spatula scrape down the sides and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses and set in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Sprinkle over sea salt flakes and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You must chill this mousse for the best results.
  • Serve it with fruits and nuts if you like.
