Lemonade Slushy

If a lemonade was turned into a sorbet but with tequila, this is what we would have. This is so refreshing and perfect to cool down this summer. Enjoy with a straw, spoon or as it is.

  • Blender
  • Spoon
  • Glasses


  • 60 ml Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 60 ml Tequila
  • 120 ml Water
  • 300 gm Ice cubes


  • Slice of lemon
  • Lemon zest


  • Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until the ice is smooth you have a soft sorbet texture.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness. Add more lemon juice if you’d like or add more tequila if you want it stronger.
  • Spoon the mixture into two glasses and serve with a slice of lemon on the side of the glass.


  • You can use limes instead of lemons.
  • Adjust the sweetness as per your palate. Same with the tequila.
  • Add more ice if the mixture is to liquid. And add more lemon juice/water if it doesn’t blend. However let the blender try to blend it all together before you add anything into the mix.
  • Make note that addition of any extra ingredients will change the taste and texture so be mindful.
