Piña colada

A three ingredient tropical cocktail that makes you feel like you are on an island with summer shinning bright. Packed with fresh pineapple juice, Malibu, coconut milk and pineapple slices. It is elegant and creamy but one glass goes a long way.

Equipment

  • Shaker
  • Tall Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 120 ml Malibu rum
  • 150 ml Fresh pineapple juice
  • 55 ml Coconut Milk
  • 4-6 Ice cubes

Garnish

  • Pineapple slices
  • Cherries

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well.
  • Pour into a talk glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherries.

Notes

  • You can use 1/2 cup crushed ice instead of whole ice. If using crushed ice you can add it into the glass and pour the drink over.
  • You can also garnish the drink with dehydrated pineapple and whipped coconut cream.
  • The pineapple must be fresh for the best taste.
