Autumn Granola Bowl

This granola bowl is filled with pumpkin puree, oat milk, nuts, seeds, maple syrup pumpkin spice and the crunchiest granola. Basically it is fall in a bowl. Making for a hearty and healthy breakfast option.

  • 1/2 cup Oat milk
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin spice granola*
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Dates chopped
  • 3 tbsp Fresh blueberries


  • Dusting of cinnamon


  • Mix the pumpkin puree and milk together until smooth.
  • In a bowl add the granola on one side. Sprinkle over the chia seeds, dates and blueberries.
  • Pour the milk mixture on the other side. Dust with cinnamon powder
  • Serve
