  • Shaker (optional)
  • Highball glass
  • Spoon

  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 120 ml Tomato juice
  • 10 ml Lime juice
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes Hot sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of dried herbs
  • 5 large Ice cubes

  • Celery stalk
  • Lime wedge
  • Salt to rim the glass

  • In a shaker add all the ingredients except of the garnishing with 3 ice cubes and shake briefly.
  • Using a lime wedge wipe the edge of the glass to dampen it. Add enough salt on a plate to coat the top of the cocktail glass with salt.
  • Add the remaining ice cubes in the glass and pour the drink over.
  • Garnish as per your choice.

  • You don’t need to shake this cocktail. It can be poured into the glass over ice and stirred.
  • If you are using fresh tomato juice, you may need to balance out the sourness with maple syrup or honey.
  • Add as much or as little hot sauce you would like.
