  • Short cocktail glass (bourbon glass)
  • Spoon
  • Knife
  • Chopping board

  • 1 Ice cube large
  • 5 ml Maple syrup
  • 4 drops Angostura bitters
  • 60 ml Bourbon
  • Orange peel

  • Cranberries

  • In a short glass add the ball of ice.
  • Pour the maple syrup, the bourbon and the bitters. Stir around.
  • Using a sharp knife cut a sliver of the orange skin. Squeeze the skin over the cocktail.
  • Place the orange skin in the cocktail glass and garnish with a couple of cranberries. Serve immediately.

  • If you don’t have a large ice cube tray use at least 3cubes of regular ice.
  • If you have orange bitters you can use that.
  • Cut the orange skin fresh as this retains the maximum oils from the skin.
