Valentines Day Smoothie

A nutritiously packed smoothie that is perfectly pink for this valentines day. Filled with strawberries, raspberries, dates, love and deliciousness this is great in the morning or as a post workout drink.

  • Blender
  • Tall glasses
  • Heart cookie cutter


  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 5-6 pcs Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Beetroot raw and cubed
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1 Date


  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 scoop Collagen
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla


  • Beetroot raw/cooked - cut into a heart


  • Add all the ingredients except for the garnish into a mixer and blend until smooth. If you like the smoothie thinner add a little water to thin it out. If you like it thicker add more banana to thicken it up.
  • Pour into two tall glasses and garnish with the beetroot cut out. I used a heart cookie cutter for the beetroot and I kept my beetroot raw you could use cooked beetroot as well.


  • Once the smoothie is made I wouldn’t recommend storing it as these are best consumed immediately.
