The combination of vanilla ice cream, hot espresso and a little coffee liqueur makes for a delicious cooling drink or dessert in less than 5 mins.
Ice cream scoop
Small serving glass
- 2 Vanilla ice cream scoops
- 1 shot Espresso hot
- 15 ml Baileys
- 15 ml Khalua
Scoop the ice cream into a small glass.
Pour over the Baileys and the Khalua. And finally pour over the hot espresso.
Serve immediately with a spoon.
- You can serve this with some grated chocolate on top or a pinch of sea salt as well.
