Servings 2 Glasses

  • Large jug
  • Spoon
  • Strainer

  • 1 tbsp Tea leaves
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 10 Ice cubes
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • 5 Lemon slices
  • 5 Green apple slices
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

  • Skewered apple slices

  • Add the tea leaves in a large jug. Pour over the hot water, cover and let it brew as per the packet instructions. The longer you brew it, the stronger the tea - obviously.
  • Remove the cover and pour in the cold water. Add the rest of your ingredients and stir. Give it a taste and adjust if needed.
  • Pour through a strainer in a glass. Serve with a few slices apples on a skewer.

  • If you want the tea stronger, let it brew longer. You can even add more tea leaves if needed.
  • You can use pear, plum, apricots in place of apples.
