Grapefruit juice, tequila, rock salt, lime juice and agave is all you need to make this summer cocktail that is pretty, cooling and delicious.

Pour the grapefruit juice in an ice tray. Let it freeze for a few hours.
Transfer the grapefruit juice ice cubes, lime juice, tequila, agave syrup into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
Using a lime wedge wipe the rim of the cocktail glass until damp, dunk into salt and gently pour over the frozen Paloma mixture. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit. Serve.
You can use any sweetener of your choice.
