Frozen Palomas

Grapefruit juice, tequila, rock salt, lime juice and agave is all you need to make this summer cocktail that is pretty, cooling and delicious.

  • 1 1/4 cup Grapefruit juice frozen cubes
  • 30 ml Lime juice
  • 90 ml Tequila
  • 30 ml Agave syrup
  • Rock salt


  • Grapefruit slices


  • Pour the grapefruit juice in an ice tray. Let it freeze for a few hours.
  • Transfer the grapefruit juice ice cubes, lime juice, tequila, agave syrup into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Using a lime wedge wipe the rim of the cocktail glass until damp, dunk into salt and gently pour over the frozen Paloma mixture. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit. Serve.


  • You can use any sweetener of your choice.
  • You must serve this drink immediately.
