4 Ingredient Mango Popsicles
These popsicles are so simple with just 4 ingredients you can make them at home in a few hours. They are a fresh, fruity, deliciously cooling vegan recipe for the summer.

Servings 8 small popsicles
- 1 12/ cup mango chunks & pulp
- 1/2 cup coconut milk full fat
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Optional:
- Dairy free white chocolate melted
In a blender add the mango flesh (pulp and chunks), coconut milk and blend until smooth. Add the lime juice and salt, blend once more.
Pour into popsicle moulds and insert the sticks into the moulds.
Transfer to the freezer and let it set for 6 hours or overnight.
Remove from the freezer and pop out of the moulds.
- Allow them to freeze well before you remove them from the mould or else they will break apart.
