4 Ingredient Mango Popsicles

These popsicles are so simple with just 4 ingredients you can make them at home in a few hours. They are a fresh, fruity, deliciously cooling vegan recipe for the summer.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle moulds

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12/ cup mango chunks & pulp
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk full fat
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Optional:

  • Dairy free white chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add the mango flesh (pulp and chunks), coconut milk and blend until smooth. Add the lime juice and salt, blend once more.
  • Pour into popsicle moulds and insert the sticks into the moulds.
  • Transfer to the freezer and let it set for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from the freezer and pop out of the moulds.

Notes

  • Allow them to freeze well before you remove them from the mould or else they will break apart.
