Preheat the oven to 180 deg c and line a 9x9 inch tin with baking paper.
In a food processor add the broccoli, scallion, green chili, garlic, parsley and pulse until it is coarse.
In a sauté pan on low to medium heat add 2 tsp olive oil, the coarsely ground veg, sweet corn and potato. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until soft. Take off the heat and allow to cool.
In a large mixing bowl add the eggs, milk, yogurt, olive oil and whisk until smooth.
Add the flour, herbs and baking powder, whisk until smooth.
Add the broccoli mixture, feta, mozzarella and fold together until combined.
Pour into the lined tin, top with the parmesan cheese and bake for 28-30 minutes or until set and the top is golden.
Allow it to cool completely before cutting into bars.
