Caesar salad dressing recipe in 5 mins
An easy caesar salad recipe comes with an easier dressing. This recipe is so simple to make and very delicious - not to mention it is healthier and more wholesome filled with greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and it tastes WAY BETTER!

anchovy fillets
canned
2
garlic cloves
minced
1
cup
greek yogurt
1/2
a lemon juice
1/2
cup
parmesan cheese
grated
1
tsp
dried oregano
1
tsp
black pepper powder
1
tbsp
olive oil
Salt as needed
Instructions
Start by grind the anchovies until its a paste - either in mortar and pestle or with a fork.
Transfer to a bowl and add the minced garlic, lemon juice Italian herbs, greek yogurt, olive oil, black pepper powder, parmesan cheese.
Whisk well until combined. Adjust the seasoning with salt as needed.
Transfer to an air tight container and jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
You can make this dressing in a blender as well to make life easier.
Anchovy haters — you do not taste the anchovies here so don’t be afraid to use it.
