Moist and delicious chocolate cake in a mug baked in the microwave for 1 minute with a Cadbury creme egg center. Serve it warm with a little dusting of icing sugar, a simple single serve easter dessert.

Ingredients
3tbspoil
3tbspbrown sugar
3tbspmilk
2tbspcocoa powder
1/4cupflour
1/2tspbaking soda
Pinchof salt
1/2tspvinegar
2Cadbury creme eggs

Instructions
In a mug add the oil, brown sugar and stir until smooth. Add the milk and stir again.
Add the cocoa powder and stir until no lumps.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt and stir together.
Add the vinegar into the batter and stir again.
Place a whole egg into the the center of the batter and bake for 30 seconds in the microwave. Check the doneness of the cake batter, it will still be wet, bake it again for 30 seconds and top it with half a creme egg.
Dust with icing sugar and serve while warm.
Notes
Do not over bake the mug cake, you will know the cake is done when it has risen, the top will be a little sticky but not wet raw batter.
