Instructions
We start by melting the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. I like doing this in 20 second intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Add the olive oil and stir to combine.
Add a little teaspoon worth of the melted chocolate in the mould and spread it around as thin as possible. We don’t want any gaps/spaces in the bottom as when we add the filling it shouldn’t leak out.
Once the mould is coated with the melted chocolate, place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
After it is set, add the fillings into the mould and level it out. Cover the top with the remaining melted chocolate and smooth it out.
Place in the freezer and let it set for 10 -15 minutes. Remove the chocolates from the mould, wrap in golden foil wrappers and transfer to a platter.
Notes
Don't t skip on the step of allowing the chocolate to set in the mould before adding the fillings.
