Easter Orange Mimosa

Simple and yummy cocktail to make for Easter. A twist on the classic mimosa that is just orange juice, elderflower cordial and champagne. Perfect drink recipe to pour up in no time.

  • Flute/Coupe
  • Pitcher

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 liters champagne
  • 600 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 45 ml elderflower cordial

Instructions
 

  • Pour the orange juice, lemon juice and elderflower cordial into a pitcher and stir around.
  • Pour into flutes or coupe glasses half way through and top with champagne.
  • Serve it chilled and garnish with a lemon slice.

Notes

  • Always chill the champagne and orange juice before serving.
  • You can also pour the juice directly into the glasses and top with champagne as well.
