Mango lassi is a popular drink found in India, it consists of mangos, yogurt, milk and a few flavorings. A very simple recipe that is refreshing, delicious and a yummy breakfast on the go.

1tspcardamom powder

Instructions
We add the mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom, salt into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency with water if needed.
To rim the glasses, dip the rim in water and then into the tajin, once it is evenly rimmed pour the lassi into the glass and garnish with crushed pistachios. Serve it chilled.
Notes
Adjust the consistency of the mango lassi with water as needed.
You can garnish the top with mango chunks as well.
Leave out the tajin if you don’t have access to it or don’t prefer the flavor.
