A Halloween special cocktail that is not only fun but tastes like a dessert. With the combination of coffee, whipped cream, brandy, vanilla and Khalua it makes for a simple yet delicious treat.

gm Chocolate biscuit crumbs

Instructions
Add the brandy, coffee liqueur, espresso, ice cubes and vanilla into a shaker. Shake briefly.
Pour through a strainer and into a short glass and gently pour the whipping cream over a spoon into the glass. This will help it stay separate layers.
Garnish with chocolate biscuit crumbs and a tiny shovel.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Don’t over shake the contents in the shaker as we are not trying create a foam.
Pouring the whipped cream over a spoon helps the layers stay distinctive.
However if your whipped cream is whipped to stiff peaks you won’t have to do this. My cream was very loose and barely whipped.
