These chicken mince burgers are so simple to make and come together very quickly. They are healthier but juicy and very delicious. The easiest and tastiest mid week meal to prepare.
Serve them as burgers like I have with the addition of yogurt mixed with minced garlic and lemon juice, fresh spinach leaves and potato buns with hot sauce.
Notes
Adjust the heat as needed to make these cutlets as they will burn easily.
Add more oil as needed in the pan while cooking if it is sticking.
If you do not have a food processor, you can grate the onion, carrot and zucchini, finely chop the garlic, cilantro and green chili.
