Healthy Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

This rich and creamy green goddess recipe is a wholesome, healthy and delicious. Serve it as a dip, spread, dressing or as a marinade. It is easy to make and packed with fresh herbs!

  • Air tight container/jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh herbs combination of parsley, coriander, mint, basil, dill
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
  • 1 large green onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp dried herbs oregano and thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • We add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. If the ingredients are not blending well scrape down the edges as needed.
  • You may need to add a little water into the dressing to thin it out for the right consistency.
  • Pour into an air tight container and place in the fridge, store for 1 week. Use as needed.

Notes

  • Add a little water at a time blending well to ensure you achieve the right consistency. You can always add more but you can not take out the water.
