These crunchy chips are so simple to make with just 2 ingredients, thinly sliced onions and parmesan cheese. They are ready in under 30 minutes and such a delicious appetizer recipe.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180℃ and line a baking tray/cookie sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Thinly slice the onions using a mandolin or a very sharp serrated knife. The thinner the slices the crispier the chips once they bake.
Sprinkle half the cheese in an even layer on the lined baking tray. Add the onion slices on top. At this point add any seasoning you would like.
Top with the remaining parmesan cheese and even out the layer.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the top is bubbling, golden and has a browned edges.
Allow this to cool before cutting as it firms up once it cools down.
Cut into pieces and serve on its own or with your favourite dip.
Notes
Make sure the cheese is spread out evenly on the baking tray before baking.
