gm turmeric root

gm ginger root

whole lemon

tsp
cayenne pepper powder
1/2
tsp
black pepper powder
Pinch
of pink Himalayan salt

Instructions
If you are making this in your juicer you can add the ingredients into the juice and let it do its thing.
However if you are making it in the blender, add the ingredients into the blender, mix until its smooth and pour it though a fine mesh strainer.
At first let it drain out the liquid on its own. Get a glove and squeeze out the pulp in your hands.
Pour the liquid into an air tight glass jar and refrigerate.

You can store this for 1 week in the fridge.
