Lemon Blondie Bars Regular Batch (in 20 mins)
Chewy, fudgy and zesty. These lemon blondie bars are so fresh and delicious. They are very simple to and need only 5 ingredients to make and its ready in 20 mins. A quick sweet treat dessert bar that is easy and yummy.

castor sugar

lemons zest
1/2

butter
melted

eggs

cup
flour

tbsp
lemon juice

icing sugar

lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 deg c, line an 8x8 inch square tin with melted butter and baking paper.
In a bowl add the castor sugar and lemon zest, rub together. Add melted butter and stir.
Add egg and stir. Add flour, lemon juice and stir. Optional: add a pinch of salt.
Transfer to the tin and bake for 12 mins.
Mix the glaze ingredients together until smooth and pour over the warm lemon Blondies. Let them set and cut into squares.
Notes
Do not over mix the blondie batter as it will give you a tough bar once baked.
Allow the glaze to set for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
1/2 lemon juice is 1 tbsp lemon juice approx.
