Lemonade Popsicles
Have you ever frozen your leftover lemonade and made popsicles? This is a reminder to do just that. A refreshing sweet treat to be a the heat this summer.

- 1 lemon juice & zest
- 1 tbsp honey you add more if needed
- 1 1/2 cup water
Optional:
- Fresh fruit slice strawberries, orange, lemon, cucumber
In a large glass, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, water and salt. Stir well until everything is well dissolved and combined.
Pour into popsicle moulds and top with you favorite slices of fruit.
Place in the freezer for 6-8 hours until firm. Remove from the moulds and enjoy.
- You can add as much honey as you prefer.
- Add any fruits you like, I used strawberries, orange, lemon, cucumbers.
