Hot masala chai poured over vanilla ice cream that is a simple dessert that just happens to be perfect for the summer. It is delicious but cooling and refreshing.

  • Serving glasses
  • Ice cream scoop
  • Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong masala chai recipe linked below
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream

To serve:

  • Rusk/biscuits/nuts

Instructions
 

  • Make sure the masala chai is hot.
  • Get two dessert glasses or bowls. Scoop the ice cream into them and pour over the hot masala chai.
  • Serve immediately rusk, biscuits or nuts.
