This chocolate cake is so easy to make, the batter is made in one bowl and comes together in under one hour. It is a tender, moist and fluffy cake recipe that is intensely packed with chocolate flavor.

Chocolate cake
1 ½cupflour
½cupcastor sugar
½cupbrown sugar
¼cupcocoa powder
1tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder

1/3cupvegetable oil
1and 1/3 cup hot coffee
1tspvanilla

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180℃, line a 9 inch round baking tin with oil and baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl add the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, whisk together until evenly distributed.
Pour in the oil, vinegar, buttermilk and vanilla, whisk until it starts to come together. Add the hot coffee and whisk until smooth.
Pour the batter into the lined tin and bake for 35-48 minutes until a tooth pick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely before topping with whipped cream, dusting cocoa powder, slicing and serving.
Notes
The hot coffee makes this cake taste delicious, you do not taste the coffee it purely enhances the chocolate flavor.
Do not over bake the cake, do a tooth pick test to make sure it baked through.
