Creamy and delicious but packed with all the goodness and nutrition you need in a breakfast meal, this peaches & cream smoothie recipe is fruity and fresh to say the least.

Equipment

  • Nutri bullet
  • Serving glass
  • Straw
  • Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 Peach
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp Coconut milk full fat
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1 scoop Collagen
  • 1 scoop Protein powder

Garnish:

  • Peaches
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients into the blender as per the order mentioned above. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, add a straw, sliced peaches, cinnamon powder and serve.

Notes

  • If you are using frozen peaches or bananas, reduce the ice.
  • If you like the smoothie thinner add more milk or water. If you like it thicker, reduce the milk.
  • You can use any milk you like.
