Pumpkin Mug Cake (microwave recipe in under 5 mins!)
This fluffy pumpkin spice mug cake is baked in the microwave and is the perfect fall dessert to make in under 5 minutes! It is easy and simple to mix directly in the mug.

brown sugar

vanilla

flour

baking soda

pumpkin spice
Pinch
of salt
Serve with:
Vanilla ice cream
maple syrup
Instructions
In a large coffee mug add the pumpkin puree, oil, sugar and stir until smooth.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice and stir again.
Bake in the microwave at 30 second intervals until risen and baked through. It took me 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon powder.
Notes
Do not over bake this mug cake or else it will become dry.
Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.
