Strawberry spritz

A simple fizzy drink that is refreshing and delicious but very easy to make. She is elegant and beautiful, perfect for an impromptu mothers day celebratory party.

Equipment

  • Small glass
  • Muddler
  • Long stem glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup strawberries quartered
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 30 ml Lyres Italian Spritz
  • Top with Lyres Classico chilled

Garnish

  • Fresh strawberries

Instructions
 

  • In a small glass add the strawberries, lemon juice and muddle until it is mushy. Add the Italian spritz and muddle again.
  • Pour into two long steamed glasses and top with Lyres Classico. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Notes

  • Make sure the sparkling is chilled, you can use any sparkling you like but it MUST be chilled.
