In a large pitcher, add the white wine, rose wine, brandy, lemon juice, maple syrup and stir together.
Add the cranberries, cinnamon sticks, star anise, apple slices, orange slices, lemon slices and stir. Top the pitcher with apple cider.
Wipe the rip of your glasses with the lemon wedge. Mix the pumpkin spice and sugar in a plate, rim the glass with the spiced sugar and pour the sangria into it. Garnish with more fruit.
Notes:
I would recommend chilling the white wine and rose wine before hand or else you will need ice to make this sangria.
You can use any fruit you like - ideally something in season.
