A nutritiously packed smoothie that is perfectly pink for this valentines day. Filled with strawberries, raspberries, dates, love and deliciousness this is great in the morning or as a post workout drink.

Ingredients
1cupAlmond milk
1Large Banana
5-6pcs Strawberries
1/4cupRaspberries
2tbspBeetrootraw and cubed
1tbspWalnuts
1Date
Optional
1scoop Protein powder
1scoop Collagen
1tspCoconut oil
1tspVanilla
Garnish
Beetrootraw/cooked - cut into a heart
Instructions
Add all the ingredients except for the garnish into a mixer and blend until smooth. If you like the smoothie thinner add a little water to thin it out. If you like it thicker add more banana to thicken it up.
Pour into two tall glasses and garnish with the beetroot cut out. I used a heart cookie cutter for the beetroot and I kept my beetroot raw you could use cooked beetroot as well.
Notes
Once the smoothie is made I wouldn’t recommend storing it as these are best consumed immediately.
