1/4and 1 tbsp flour
1tbspcorn corn starch
1/2tspbaking soda
Pinchof salt
3tbspmelted butter
1tspvanilla extract
3tbspmilk
1/4tspvinegar
3tbspcastor sugar
Optional
Serve with powdered sugarfruit jam
Instructions
In the mug you will bake the vanilla cake add the flour, corn starch, baking soda, salt and stir together.
Add the melted butter, milk, vinegar, brown sugar and stir together until combined and smooth.
Bake this vanilla mug cake on the regular heating setting in the microwave for 1 minute, open and check the cake, continue baking for 30 second intervals until risen and baked through.
I would recommend underbaking the cake, serve it warm.
Notes
Bake the cake for 1 whole minute first, then increase the cooking by 20-30 second intervals until the top doesn’t have wet batter. It can be sticky but not raw batter.
