Instructions
The first to do when making this sandwich is to prepare all your vegetables and fruits.
I like slicing them finely with a sharp knife over a chopping board you can use a mandolin.
Spread the hummus on one slice of bread and start layering the veggies on it.
I like seasoning with a little salt, pepper and dried oregano on every other layer. Add a slice of cheese and cover with the other slice of bread.
Wrap the sandwich in baking paper and foil like you would wrap a gift. Slice into half with a bread knife and serve. Repeat.
Notes
You cannot skip the baking paper and foil wrapping situation as without it, the sandwich will fall apart.
