These recipes are some of my go to healthy, wholesome and nourishing recipes to get myself feeling good. They are simple to make, very delicious and nutritious for you.
Whether you like to cook or bake, these recipes will get you in the kitchen. I love a good diet reset when I’ve been over doing it and as much as I say moderation is key sometimes we go over board especially during the holidays. It is essential to keep in mind these recipes are sacred to me – I turn to them when need something healthy but comforting and wholesome all at the same time. They are very easy to make and extremely delicious to say the least.
Also – hot take: I don’t believe in new years resolutions and the whole new year new me concept. It is very difficult for me to understand how this is normal. Yes it is a popular opinion and very cool to have these trends come into our lives and set these standards but I like setting the standard for myself without the pressure of anyone telling me about it. If I feel like I need to eat healthier this year for my own well being then yes I will do that but I won’t do it because everyone is doing it. I don’t mean to rant or vent but I think we don’t think enough for ourselves. Am done, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
