No Bake Desserts To Make This Summer 2025

These recipes are some of my favorites which I make every spring and summer. They are fresh, zesty, delicious and perfect for the hot months ahead as they are no bake and stress free. With pantry friendly ingredients and minimal equipment they are for everyone.

So when say I love dessert I mean I LOVE dessert. I am that person who thinks about the sweet after a meal even before the meal has started. In saying this, I do believe good desserts can be made at home easily and fuss free. It should not have to be complicated – do not get me wrong I love a complicated, multiple component dessert recipe that keeps me pottering about in the kitchen for hours but I also love recipes which can be whipped together simply and quickly.

While summer in Dubai is HOT HOT HOT 🥵 and everyone is traveling out I must say there is something peaceful about being around the city with lesser crowd, it feels like summer slows life down – for the better ofcourse. It makes you enjoy the little pleasures and maybe I romanticize it a little for all the good reasons. It gives more time to catch up with friends and spend more time with family. Learn new hobbies and get involved into more developmental activities. I truly love baking with all my heart but that doesn’t stop me from trying and making recipes which are no bake, yet all the same very yummy.

Sometimes the simplest recipes turn out to be best and most delicious. So I would always suggest never judging a recipe by its look, if you like the flavors and imagine what the textures would be like and they sound appealing to you then give it a go. Even if it is not the hottest recipe right now, even if its not trending right now, as long as the ingredients are easily accessible and you are feeling like a little challenge or feeling like trying something new then go for it. These recipes are truly treasured but I also love simple recipes like my lemon curd and serve it with vanilla ice cream or you could make my lemonade popsicles to cool down as well.

I have all these recipe videos on my social media but let’s get to the list, also don’t forget to follow along for more fun recipe inspiration. If you try these recipes out, don’t forget to share it with me on pinterest & instagram so I can see how it turned out. I’d love nothing more than to chat with you on your cooking/baking.
