Roughly chop the Broccoli and boil in water until soft, this should take approximately 8-10 mins on high heat.
Blend until smooth and pass through a strainer for a velvety finish, I personally like the fiber so I don’t strain it.
If it seems too thin put it back on the stove once it is blended and cook the soup over low heat until thicker. If it seems too thick, add a little more water.
