Breakfast Tacos in 10 minutes
Crispy golden tortilla, topped with a runny yolk cheese egg, garnished with avocado, tomato slices, turkey salami and jalapeños. Easy breakfast recipe at anytime of the week.

- 2 flour tortillas small
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp grated Mexican cheese
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- Pinch of salt
Topping:
- Avocado slices
- Salami slices
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Cilantro leaves
- jalapeños
In a frying pan on low heat add the tortilla. Add the grated cheese on the edge of the tortilla creating a little cheese wall.
Crack the egg into the center of the tortilla and season with oregano, pepper and cover with a lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes unit the egg is cooked and yolk is still runny (this is how I like it).
Take it off the heat, transfer the taco to a plate using a spatula and top with avocado, salami, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro leaves.
Repeat with the other tortilla. Serve it hot.
- If you like the egg more firm cook it longer on low heat, covered.
- Add any toppings you like.
