Fluffy and soft chocolate banana bread that is eggless, has no sugar, no butter and no flour. It is a one bowl cake that is simple, healthy and very yummy. Not to mention it is perfect with a glass of milk.
Preheat the oven to 180℃, line a 9 inch loaf tin with baking paper and brush with a little oil or use baking spray.
In a mixing bowl add the bananas and mash using a fork or a whisk. Add the cocoa greek yogurt, tahini, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and whisk until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stir. Pour into lined tin and top with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Bake for 30-35 mins. Let it cool before taking removing from the tin and slicing.
Notes
You can use any nut/seed butter you like in place of the tahini
