Lemon Sorbet
Add all ingredients into the ice cream container and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Cover and freeze for 24 hours or until rock solid. Attach the wand to the container, choose the sorbet setting and churn for 30 seconds or until smooth. Scoop and serve with mint leaves.
Frozen yogurt
Add all ingredients into the ice cream container and whisk until smooth. Cover and freezer for 24 hours or until rock solid. Attach the wand to the container, choose the ice cream setting and churn for 30 seconds, open and check the consistency, you might need to blend for 10-15 seconds more. Scoop and serve.
Chocolate s’mores ice cream
Add all the ice cream ingredients into the container (not the add ins), whisk until smooth. Cover and freezer for 24 hours or until rock solid. Attach the wand to the container, choose the ice cream setting and churn for 30 seconds, add the add ins and switch to the mix in setting, churn for 15-20 seconds again. Scoop and serve.
Notes
Make sure the mixture is frozen before churning
Do not over churn, check the mixture after 30 seconds and churn for 15 seconds more if needed
