Equipment

  • Milk frother/whisk
  • Large jug

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cold brew
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Optional:

  • Ice

Instructions

  • We start by adding the milk, cream, maple syrup, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, vanilla into a large jug and using a mil frother we mix it up. I like my foam thick hence I mix this for 5-8 mins. You can use a whisk as well. Once done you can store it in a glass jar in the fridge for a week or use it.
  • In a glass, add some ice and pour over the cold brew. The ice is optional. Pour over the pumpkin foam and sprinkle with some more pumpkin spice on top. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can store the pumpkin cream foam in the fridge for a week.
  • I like adding a dash of bourbon into the cold brew while serving for an extra kick.
