This drink screams autumn and fall. It is creamy, packed with fresh pumpkin purée, cold brew, homemade milk foam, super quick and easy to make, not to mention cheap as chips.

Ingredients
1cupCold brew
1/4cupMilk
1/3cupCream
1tbspMaple syrup
2tbspPumpkin purée
1/4tspPumpkin spice
1/2tspVanilla
Optional:
Ice
Instructions
We start by adding the milk, cream, maple syrup, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, vanilla into a large jug and using a mil frother we mix it up. I like my foam thick hence I mix this for 5-8 mins. You can use a whisk as well. Once done you can store it in a glass jar in the fridge for a week or use it.
In a glass, add some ice and pour over the cold brew. The ice is optional. Pour over the pumpkin foam and sprinkle with some more pumpkin spice on top. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can store the pumpkin cream foam in the fridge for a week.
I like adding a dash of bourbon into the cold brew while serving for an extra kick.
