This is my 2 ingredient peanut butter mousse recipe with creamy peanut butter and whipped cream. A little maple syrup and sea salt is optional but this dessert is ready in under 30 mins!

120mlheavy cream
60gm smooth peanut butterrunny
Optional
More peanut butter
Sea salt flakes
Instructions
We start by making sure our peanut butter is runny, if not, place it in the microwave for 15 seconds until runny.
In a bowl add the heavy cream and beat with a whisk until thick and doubled in volume. We want stiff peaks as once we add the peanut butter it will loosen up.
Pour the peanut butter into the whipped cream and fold together, do not over mix. Once combined transfer to a plate and smooth out the top.
Drizzle over more peanut butter and place in the fridge for 25 minutes minimum.
Notes
You HAVE to chill this mousse before serving
Serve with sliced bananas and toasted peanuts for the ultimate comfort dessert
