Vegan Watermelon Banana Ice cream
Creamy, fruity and refreshing. This vegan nice cream is a vegan ice cream that is dairy free but packed with all the flavor. Filled with watermelon, bananas and maple syrup it is a quick and easy dessert.

2 cups Watermelon frozen 1 cup Banana frozen 1 tbsp Maple syrup 1 tsp Vanilla Pinch of salt
Blend all the ingredients until smooth, you don’t need to add any water but you can increase the lemon juice to help the mixture along.
Serve in glasses immediately. Top with almonds or cookie crumbs.
Be patient and allow all the ingredients to blend.
If your fruit isn’t frozen enough the ice cream will become a smoothie consistency. Hence ensure they fruit is frozen well.
