30 Recipes To Make In April 2026

These are some of my most delicious and easy recipes to make in April to kick start the onset of spring. It includes sweet treats and savory meals, little something for everyone.

Yes I stopped these posts, no I am not happy about that. But I am going to make an attempt to keep this consistent also I do know it is over a week into April and I am late to post this but am here and so this post.

April has always been a month to bring in change and growth as it is the onset of spring and the sun is shining more than usual however the times right now are bizarre. Today is the first day in a whole month where we have no had any bombs in UAE which does feel like a blessing but is also so heartbreaking as the neighbour countries are still facing the pain. With all the uncertainty the only things keeping me zen and peaceful has to be food, more cooking and baking than eating to be honest.

These recipes are a few of my most treasured ones to cook/bake in the bright and cheery months of April and the season of spring. It comes with little effort but maximum pleasure. With little in our control – feeding the ones you love or yourself can be a huge sense of calm and joy if you need it, this is the only sign for you. Now April is when you start finding fresh greens, tender stems, like asparagus, radish, spinach, rhubarb, spring onion and cabbage. When it comes to recipes you will see more fresh and light dishes to transition you from the cooler months to warmth. You will see chilled soups, fish, grilled meat, salads and more outdoor recipes to enjoy the sunshine along with your meal. As for flavors you will find recipes with strawberries or berries in general, fennel, peas, artichokes.

So let us get to it but you can have a look at the recipe videos on my socials. Don’t forget to follow along for more fun recipe inspiration. If you try these recipes out, don’t forget to share it with me on pinterest & instagram so I can see how it turned out. I’d love nothing more than to chat with you on your cooking/baking.
