We are little over a month away from valentine’s day. Now whether you celebrate valentines day, galentines day or don’t celebrate it at all, these recipes are fit for any chocolate lover. It doesn’t matter what you identify as, they will satisfy your sweet tooth cravings and leave you craving more – in the best possible way. Now don’t get your girl wrong, I absolutely love celebrating love and I go all out but that doesn’t mean you need someone special to celebrate with, understanding that love is all around (in Hugh Grant’s voice) and should be celebrated is important too.

I will be working this valentines day and hence I am trying to bring the spirit earlier to enjoy the festivities with my family. If you didn’t already know, I am a serious chocolate lover. It doesn’t take much to get me excited but chocolate is definitely on top of the list. There are a lot of single serve recipes to get you baking as well so don’t feel like you need to share any of these treats with any one if you don’t feel like doing so. You do you. Head to the link here to read more about the single serve recipes.

I mean I have a whole section dedicated to chocolate recipes which might seem like a lot but I feel like I don’t bake enough with it! My go to chocolate chip cookie recipe is chewy, soft and such a winner to bake and share with your loved ones, alternatively as the weather is still pretty cool making my hot chocolate cinnamon rolls would be a little labor of love but so so fluffy and delicious. If you come to me and say you don’t have an oven, then give my one Mexican chocolate mousse recipe a go and you will not be disappointed.

In saying this if you don’t like chocolate I got so many fresh and fruity recipes to keep you hungry for more like my fruit streusel cake, apple crumble galette, banana bread and orange posset. If you need more inspiration head to the easy baking section on my blog for more details. If dessert is not your vibe then my savory recipes will keep you wanting more. Not to mention my love inspired drinks recipes.

For now lets get into the chocolate recipes. If you give any of them a go, please tag me on social media so i can see how it turned out. I love nothing more than to chat with you about your cooking and baking adventures. Happy Baking!
