Single serve recipes are those which serve one portion. When baking this is not easy to achieve as most baked goods feed at least 4-6 people, things like cakes, cookies and breads aren’t commonly made for single serve options. However this recipe is a single serve, arguably it feeds 2 though. Then again 1 serving is 2 portions so we are in the clear here.

To make this singe serve. Bread and butter pudding we need to make a custard which consists of egg, milk, cream, vanilla and sugar. If you don’t have cream use milk all the way. You can add raisins, chocolate chips, cashews or any assorted nuts you like. I like to top the bread and butter pudding with granulated sugar and a little cinnamon but you could do almond extract, cardamon or any. Other flavor of your choice.
